Lee-Anne has extensive experience in setting up and successfully managing various businesses. Her working career also includes being the Marketing Manager of a franchised private educational institution. With 18 years of Sales and Marketing experience she is not only passionate about growing businesses she is involved with, but she also has a track record of making them successful. With this experience comes empathy for her clients as she has experienced many of the frustrations and joys they have in growing their businesses. Her experience puts her in an amazing position to develop meaningful and positive relationships with all of her clients.
Lindie is a HR and Recruitment specialist with an entrepreneurial spirit who through many years’ experience within various roles has gained a strong set of skills in Leadership, HR, Recruitment and Labour Relations.
Lindie has succesfully assisted many organisations in formulating their Strategies, establishing their Recruitment needs and assisted with their Labour Relations issues. She has been serving as a Director at Border Training Centre, and a Trustee at Link FM, where she fulfills the HR Portfolio’s and tirelessly assist these organisations in effectively executing their goals and strategies. Lindie has been recently appointed as the APSO Regional for East London, the Recruitment Industry’s governing body which dictates the Code of Ethics and Professional Practice required within the industry. Her extensive experience within the HR & Recruitment sector is ideal to assist all her clients with excellent service delivery.
Has seventeen (17) year’s experience within the Recruitment Industry. She started out as a Client Service Representative and progressed to a Business Development Manager and is now the Senior Consultant at Sheldon Recruitment. Glynis has extensive experience in placing Temporary Staff as well as Permanent Staff. She takes great care in her relationship with both her client and all of her candidates.

Kanneshri has a BA Degree in Psychology and Communications. She has 5 years in Retail Management experience focusing on Store and Team Management as well as Talent Management. Her additional 2 years have been with Sheldon Recruitment as a consultant focusing on the permanent technical and financial industry.
